Tazzly's Terms of Service

Customer Service

^{By buying a commission from Tazzly, you agree to all terms and conditions below.}
¤ Clients must be 18+ years old.
¤ Communication will be done through FurAffinity, Twitter, Discord, or Email.
¤ Progress and queue will be accurately kept track of on Trello.
¤ You will recieve works in progress updates at the sketch, lineart, and colour stage. You must ask for changes at each stage. Changes that return to a previous stage will incur an additional charge. This does not include mistakes I have made, such as incorrect colours or markings.
¤ Requesting too many changes: full redrawing, pose changing, complete change of background may result in additional charges.
¤ Deadlines for art pieces need at least a week or more in advance and incur a fee.
¤ You may repost your commission with credit given.
¤ Do not alter the artwork in any way after receiving it, or monetize it for any form of resale.
¤ Artwork is never to be used in AI programs of any sort.

Payments

¤ Payment will only be done through PayPal in USD.
¤ Invoices must be paid in full before any work will begin.
¤ Payment plans are available for orders over 150 USD.
¤ Separate invoices can be sent for several people, but 5 USD will be added to each to account for additional fees deducted for the transfers.
¤ There are no refunds once work is completed. If you must cancel your commission before work is completed, the refunded amount will be altered accordingly.

¤ If I cannot complete a piece for whatever personal reason, the commissioner will be fully refunded.

¤ Unpostable or private artwork will incur an additional fee. Pieces that can be posted under anonymous will not incur this charge.

Blacklisting

¤ Those on the blacklist are banned from commissioning me.
¤ You may be blacklisted if:
_{• You are rude or downright insulting.
• You argue about the conditions, fees, edits, or art style provided.
• Use someone else's character without their agreement.
• Violate the terms of service stated.}
¤ If blacklisting occurs during the production process, full refunds will not be provided.
